Refund Policy
Brooklyn Golf Yards & Rockaway Beach Country Club

Thank you for choosing Brooklyn Golf Yards and Rockaway Beach Country Club. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing any purchase or booking. By booking a tee time, reserving a bay, registering for a program, or purchasing merchandise or a gift card through our Site or facilities, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All bookings, registrations, purchases, and payments made to Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to:

Tee time and driving range bay reservations

League, tournament, and outing registrations
-
Camps, clinics, and junior program enrollments
-
Merchandise purchases
-
Gift card purchases
-
Event tickets and special programming fees
We encourage all guests to carefully review their booking details — including date, time, number of players, and location — before completing their reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued for booking errors made by the customer.
2. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled booking or who arrive too late to use their reserved time will forfeit their payment in full. We are unable to hold reserved bays or tee times beyond the scheduled start time, as availability is managed on a first-come, first-served basis for other guests.
3. Force Majeure — Company-Initiated Cancellations
Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC will issue a full refund or, at the customer’s option, a credit toward a future booking, in the event that we must cancel or close due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include but are not limited to:

Severe weather events, including hurricanes, blizzards, or other conditions that render the Facility unsafe or inoperable

Natural disasters, including floods, earthquakes, or fires

Government-mandated closures, public health emergencies, or orders prohibiting operation

Extended power outages or utility failures affecting the Facility

Any other event or circumstance outside our reasonable control that prevents us from delivering the booked service
In the event of a force majeure cancellation, affected customers will be notified as promptly as possible via the contact information provided at booking. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or customers may elect to receive a credit valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Important: Rain and mild weather do not constitute a force majeure event. Our Facilities operate in light to moderate rain and typical New York weather conditions. Customers are encouraged to check weather forecasts before visiting and to dress appropriately. No refunds will be issued for weather conditions that do not result in a company-initiated closure.
4. Merchandise
All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for merchandise purchases except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@bkgolfyards.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards do not expire and may be applied toward any booking, program, or merchandise purchase at our Facilities.
6. Leagues & Multi-Session Programs
Fees paid for leagues, multi-week clinics, camps, or other structured programs are non-refundable once the program has commenced. Prior to the program start date, refund requests will not be accepted; however, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future program session in cases of documented medical emergency or serious extenuating circumstances. Such requests must be submitted in writing to hello@bkgolfyards.com before the program begins.
7. Group & Corporate Outings
Group bookings and corporate outing agreements are subject to the cancellation and payment terms outlined in the individual outing contract or agreement executed at the time of booking. In the event of a conflict between this Refund Policy and a signed outing agreement, the terms of the signed agreement will govern.
