Terms & Conditions

Brooklyn Golf Yards & Rockaway Beach Country Club

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or visiting our facilities. By accessing brooklyngolfyards.com (the “Site”), making a booking, purchasing a product, or visiting Brooklyn Golf Yards or Rockaway Beach Country Club (together, the “Facilities”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site and visitors to our Facilities, including individuals booking on behalf of a group or minor.

1. About Us

Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates two golf facilities in the New York City area:

  • Brooklyn Golf Yards — Driving Range & Mini Golf, 3200 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11234

  • Rockaway Beach Country Club — Par 3 Pitch & Putt, 167-02 Rockaway Beach Blvd, Rockaway Park, NY 11694

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations.

  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any database connected to the Site.

  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Site without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

3. Bookings & Reservations

Tee times, driving range bays, and other facility bookings are processed through our third-party booking platform, Sweetspot and/or TeeTime. By completing a booking, you also agree to Sweetspot’s terms of service in addition to these Terms.

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule reservations due to weather, facility maintenance, special events, or other circumstances outside our control. Where practicable, we will provide advance notice of any cancellation or modification.

Walk-ins: Walk-in availability is not guaranteed. TopTracer bays and tee times are available on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-in guests when pre-booked slots are not filled.

Group & Corporate Outings: Group bookings and corporate outing inquiries are subject to separate agreements and pricing. Please contact us at hello@bkgolfyards.com for details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings made through the Site or our booking platform. Please review our separate Refund Policy at brooklyngolfyards.com for full details.

In general:

  • Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice (as specified at the time of booking) are eligible for a full refund or credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.

  • Cancellations initiated by Brooklyn Golf Yards due to weather, facility closure, or other circumstances will be refunded in full or rescheduled at no additional charge.

  • Merchandise and gift card purchases are subject to the terms outlined in Section 6 below.

5. Facility Rules & Code of Conduct

All visitors to our Facilities agree to abide by our posted rules and code of conduct at all times. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Treating staff and fellow guests with respect. Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the Facility without refund.

  • Following all safety guidelines posted at the Facility, including proper use of equipment, bays, and course areas.

  • Supervising minors at all times. Adults accompanying players under the age of 18 are responsible for their conduct and safety throughout their visit.

  • Complying with all alcohol service policies. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service and to remove any individual who appears intoxicated or disruptive.

  • Respecting the Facility, equipment, and property of other guests. Damage to equipment or property may result in charges for repair or replacement.

Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC reserves the right to remove any guest from the Facility at any time for violation of these rules. Removal does not entitle the removed guest to a refund.

6. Merchandise & Gift Cards

Merchandise: All merchandise purchases made through the Site are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy at brooklyngolfyards.com for full details on returns, exchanges, and shipping.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase on the Site and are redeemable toward bookings, programs, and merchandise at our Facilities. Gift cards have no expiration date and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Leagues, Tournaments & Events

Participation in leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, and other structured programs is subject to any additional rules, waivers, or agreements provided at the time of registration. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and program-specific rules, the program-specific rules will govern with respect to that program.

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any program due to insufficient enrollment, weather, or other circumstances. Participants will be notified as promptly as possible and offered a refund or credit where applicable.

8. TopTracer Range

Our Brooklyn Golf Yards facility features TopTracer Range bays operated under license from Toptracer, a Topgolf Callaway Brands company. Use of TopTracer technology is subject to Toptracer’s own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for any interruption, malfunction, or unavailability of the TopTracer system, which is operated by a third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

Brooklyn Golf Yards® and Rockaway Beach Country Club® and related names and logos are trademarks of Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.

10. User-Generated Content

If you submit photos, reviews, comments, or other content to us via the Site, social media, or otherwise, you grant Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our marketing and operations. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with our brand values.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Golf is a physical activity that carries inherent risk. By visiting our Facilities and participating in any activity, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from normal participation in golf or related activities at our Facilities, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Facilities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Facilities, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

13. Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any concerns informally. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at hello@bkgolfyards.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to address your concern before pursuing any formal action. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes promptly.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site or Facilities shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York for resolution of any such dispute.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Facilities after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy (each available at brooklyngolfyards.com), constitute the entire agreement between you and Brooklyn Golf Yards LLC regarding your use of the Site and Facilities, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
